You will develop sales relationships with installers, manage order intake by phone and online, coordinate picking, staging, and delivery, and support front counter and backroom duties while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).

Responsibilities

• Assist with phone and online order intake, invoicing, and directing delivery staffing to ensure timely orders.
• Oversee delivery team and ensure vehicles are serviced and inspected on schedule.
• Assist front and backroom duties as needed (stock, returns, etc.).
• Audit returns for warranty and ensure proper tagging and processing.
• Maintain accurate mileage in fleet management devices.
