Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.

• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders, invoice, and ensure accurate order deliveries.
• Service and maintain delivery vehicles.
• Complete vehicle inspections and enter mileage.
• Provide superior service to professional customers.
• Audit customer returns for warranty abuse.
• Assist at front and retail counter as needed.
• Process customer labor claims efficiently.
