Job summary

Our Wilmington, NC team is seeking a customer-focused cable installation technician to install, upgrade and repair residential cable products and services. You will meet customers, complete work orders, and ensure accurate billing and high-quality installations.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, service and troubleshooting of cable products; adhere to safety policies; report to dispatch; and be prepared to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• One year customer experience
• Must have a basic command of the English language to understand safety requirements
