Job summary

AMERICAN COMMUNICATIONS & CABLE INC. seeks an experienced Cable Installer to join our team in Alaska. You will install and maintain cables for computers, routers, telephone systems, and other electronic equipment.

You will communicate with customers to understand their needs, assess project requirements, remove old equipment, and install new cables. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has an excellent understanding of electrical equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a Cable Installer or low-voltage technician preferred.
• Knowledge of telecommunications and electrical equipment and systems.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to bend repeatedly, lift heavy objects, and work in small spaces, climb ladders.

Responsibilities
