Qualifications

• Valid EPA Certification required.
• Washington electrical and Idaho trainee cards required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in new residential homes per plans and specs.
• Fabricate, measure, and install ductwork and ventilation systems.
• Place and set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Perform quality checks to ensure clean workmanship and proper system performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site; follow PPE policies.
• Communicate effectively with builders, foremen, and supervisors.
• Represent R&R with professionalism and customer-focused service.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $30.00 Hourly

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to join the R&R installation team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and clean craftsmanship while honing your craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in new residential homes according to plans and specifications
• Fabricate, measure, and install ductwork and ventilation systems
• Place and set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioners

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Washington O6A Electrical License
• Idaho Journeyman
• Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
