3 days ago Requisition ID: 1108
Salary Range: $28.00 To $40.00 Hourly
If you’re an HVAC technician who would rather diagnose the problem than sell the customer a new system, we should talk.
At R&R Heating, we believe in doing things the right way:
- Fix it before we replace it
- Equip the customer properly to make informed decisions if replacement is needed
- Find the root cause, not just the symptom
- Perform real maintenance, not a $20 gimmick designed just to get in the door
- Put the customer first, every time.
We’re still locally owned, and we’re building technicians, not just selling equipment. Our in-house trainer develops our techs so they can become better diagnosticians and craftsmen. There’s a lot of HVAC companies focused on moving boxes. That’s not us. We’re looking for an honest, skilled residential technician who takes pride in solving problems and doing right by the customer. If that sounds like you, come build your career with R&R Heating.
