• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC installations.
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Load, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Follow all safety policies and job-site procedures.
• Learn proper installation techniques, troubleshooting basics, and system components.
• Provide professional, respectful interaction with customers and team members.

We are looking for a motivated Retrofit HVAC Trainee to join our installation team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and customer service while honing your craft.
