Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups.
• Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site.
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order.
• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES Technical Spokane, WA, US

Salary Range: $32.00 To $42.00 Hourly

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Service HVAC Technician to join our service team at R&R Heating and Air Conditioning. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to work on complex commercial projects, advance their technical skills, and build a long-term career with a company that values their future. You’ll work on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing diverse commercial systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical expertise while honing your craft.

This position operates on a 4/10 schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Washington Electrical O6A Certification
• Idaho training card
• Valid EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
• Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Idaho Journeyman
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
