R&R Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential New Construction Lead Installer in Spokane to spearhead installation projects, mentor field crews, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality results on new homes.

You will collaborate with builders, superintendents, and teammates to maintain schedules, manage materials, and uphold standards of workmanship. A strong leader with HVAC expertise and safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential new construction required).
• Strong leadership and training ability to guide crews of installers and apprentices.
• Excellent communication and jobsite leadership presence.

Salary Range: $24.00 To $35.00 Hourly

We are looking for a motivated Residential New Construction Lead Installer to join our installation team at R&R Heating and Air Conditioning. This position is designed for driven professionals who are eager to spearhead residential projects, run an efficient field crew, and shape the comfort of new homes. You will work with builders, superintendents, and teammates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor installation crews
• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and builder specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades

• Manage materials, jobsite cleanliness, and tool accountability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential new construction required)
• Washington and Idaho Electrical Trainee Card
• Valid EPA Certification
• Ability to lead and train a crew of installers and apprentices
• Proficiency with HVAC system layouts, ductwork, and mechanical drawings
• Strong communication skills and jobsite leadership presence
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs, work on ladders, rooftops, and crawl spaces
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Washington O6A Electrical License
• Idaho Journeyman
• Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
