R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential New Construction HVAC Foreman in Spokane to lead installation teams across multiple sites. You will oversee daily operations, review plans, delegate tasks, and ensure workmanship meets safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation and proven leadership, with ability to mentor apprentices and coordinate with project managers and inspectors on fast-paced construction sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential new construction.
• Experience supervising or leading crews preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans and builder blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

We are looking for an experienced and leadership-minded Residential New Construction HVAC Foreman to lead our R&R installation teams. This position is designed for skilled tradespeople who excel at managing multiple job sites, ensuring structural quality, and mentoring the next generation of installers. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with key project stakeholders, and uphold our commitment to safety and elite craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• O6A Certification
• Idaho Journeyman
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans and builder blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High standards for quality and safety
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
