Tar Heel Basement Systems, a Groundworks company, is seeking talented Construction General Laborers to join their team in Winston-Salem, NC.

The Installer is a vital member of our crew and will travel (in a company-provided vehicle) to homes in the general area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions. Candidates with previous experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, and landscaping would be a great fit for this position.

Job Responsibilities as a General Laborer:

• Traveling to customer sites and installing our products under supervision
• Working as part of a high-performance team
• Following instructions closely and working hard to achieve goals

Requirements to join as a General Laborer - Installer:

• Loading/delivering materials, site set-up and clean-up
• Digs and backfills trenches/holes
• Heavy lifting and strenuous physical activity
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license preferred

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., perform strenuous labor, and have good stamina
• Manual dexterity and coordination required
