As a Residential Remodeling Trainee, you will help us deliver five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers, aligning with our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home.

You will report directly to our Installation Manager and collaborate closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Have experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, or a strong desire to learn
• Possess basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Have strong attention to detail and can accurately read a tape measure
• Hold a valid Driver’s License
• Have a smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication

A Typical Day

In this role, you will:

• Meet at our warehouse at 6:30 AM, gather materials, and load trucks
• Drive to customer homes, greet clients, and establish rapport
• Perform controlled demolition of bathroom areas
• Install new bathtub/shower pans and acrylic wall surrounds, update plumbing as needed
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure proper cleanup after installation
• Obtain signed documents and payments from customers, then return to the warehouse

Additional Information

• Schedule: Non-exempt, Monday – Friday, starting at 6:30 AM, with variable end times
• Seniority Level: Entry-Level, Associate
