Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials or installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure installers follow company code of conduct and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Installed Service Manager to grow the installed sales team.
• Provide solutions to issues with patience and respect, delivering high workmanship.
