Carter Lumber is seeking an Installed Sales Coordinator to support the Installed Sales Manager by coordinating program functions, assisting with billing and financial reporting, and ensuring all paperwork is processed timely and in accordance with the job requirements. Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Knowledge of SupplyPro and Buildertrend platforms.
• Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pull billing reports, complete final billing, and monitor margins and revenue under the direction of the Market Manager.
• Ensure the Installed Sales schedule is inputted and updated.
• Manage the flow of required paperwork and maintain data in the database.
• Ensure delivery of material is scheduled and jobs are ready for work.
• Maintain open communication with field installers and Superintendents.
• Create service requests, orders, and POs in the POS system.
• Ensure schedules are kept and jobs are completed on time per contract.

A Carter Lumber Installed Sales Coordinator provides support to the Installed Sales Manager by coordinating program functions, assisting with billing and financial reporting, and ensuring all paperwork is processed timely and in accordance with the job. Requirements:

• Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry
• Knowledge of SupplyPro and Buildertrend platforms
• Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and meet deadlines

• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities
