Construction Resources is seeking an Install Crew Manager to provide administrative and technical support to the Installers, coaching and training the team, and coordinating with Operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, scheduling, quality control, and interfacing with sales, with a background in countertop manufacturing and installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service issues as they relate to service, scheduling, and quality control.
• Manage Repair Schedule and Repairs Team members.
• Improve interface between Commercial Installation group and facilitate an efficient use of installation resources.
• Assist sales staff with scheduling information.
• Ensure completion sign offs for each job.
• Train Install Team on proper techniques.
• Complete safety training and ensure safety compliance with Install Team.
• Coordinate job status updates with Install Scheduler.
• Trouble- shoot specific problems as they are assigned.
• Conduct scheduled meetings with Install Team to review processes and best practices.
• Relay job information to SOPT and the Operations Team.
• Must be well versed and experienced in the countertop manufacturing and installation.

• Ability to work with staff at all levels, inside and outside of the organization
• Strong communication skills; ability to speak and write clearly. Understands confidentiality
• Strong skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Work experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments would be helpful

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
This position provides administrative and technical support to the Installers at Construction Resources. Requires excellent customer service and good communication skills. A willingness to work in a team environment with the Operations Team is necessary. In addition, the Install Crew Manager role will be responsible for coaching and training Installers and Helpers.
