• Onboard and set up new subcontractors.
• Maintain relationships with installers and assist with recruiting.
• Communicate with homeowners about timing and questions.
• Collaborate with sales, office, warehouse, and field staff to move installations forward.
• Address issues with urgency and ensure resolution.
