Job summary

Rite Rug in Nashville, TN is seeking an Experienced Assistant Installation Manager to oversee flooring installations and ensure the best possible customer experience from start to finish. You will manage installation from beginning to end, keep in close contact with customers, work with the retail sales team to understand needs, and troubleshoot issues to deliver quality results.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required; flooring/construction experience is a plus; must lift 25 pounds and

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in flooring or construction is a plus.
Exceptional customer services skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and work independently.

Responsibilities

Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region.
Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process.
Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result.
Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer.
Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer’s needs.
Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
