Rite Rug Co. is seeking an Installation Manager to lead day-to-day installation operations in Cranberry Township. You will supervise installers, coordinate scheduling, review job requirements, and maintain strong customer communication to ensure on-time, accurate installations.

The role emphasizes supervising subcontractors, onboarding new teams, and resolving issues quickly while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in flooring, construction, installation, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent decision-making and strong customer service skills are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate daily installation crews based on skills and workload.
• Review work orders, drawings, layouts, materials and installation requirements with installers.
• Communicate daily and next-day schedules with installers and warehouse.
• Monitor work progress and adjust schedules to balance workloads.
• Oversee installer pay sheets and onboarding of subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with installers and subcontractors and assist recruiting.
• Communicate with homeowners about timing and questions; resolve issues with urgency.
