Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily installation crews based on skills and workload.
• Review work orders, drawings, layouts, materials and installation requirements with installers.
• Communicate daily and next-day schedules with installers and warehouse.
• Monitor work progress and adjust schedules to balance workloads.
• Oversee installer pay sheets and onboarding of subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with installers and subcontractors and assist recruiting.
• Communicate with homeowners about timing and questions; resolve issues with urgency.
