Allegion plc’s Stanley Access Technologies unit in Altamonte Springs, FL seeks an Install Coordinator to manage installation projects for automatic doors. You will create job files, schedule installers, coordinate with customers and sales, and ensure timely material orders and site readiness.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, construction/industrial coordination experience, and strong communication, detail, and multitasking skills. Dynamics365 experience is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Coordinator experience in a construction or industrial environment.
• Excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all install projects and act as a Project Manager for installation jobs.
• Create job file from information provided through order entry.
• Coordinate installation schedule of automatic doors with customers.
• Work with salesperson on special installation requirements.
• Schedule installation to meet contractor dates.
• Maintain the schedule and review daily with Warehouse Manager.
• Coordinate any special timing with customers and on-site safety meetings.
• Enter Door IDs and related details into Dynamics365.
