Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support customers and field teams throughout the install lifecycle. You will manage job flow, monitor statuses, schedule pre-installation inspections, and handle service processes in the branch, acting as the main contact for customers on job-related needs.

In this role you will drive accuracy in documentation, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to meeting performance metrics for timely completion of tasks and backlog

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers across the install life cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and resolving questions.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for all job level inquiries and assist with escalations and exceptions to support branch operations.
• Facilitate intake and management of all open jobs, verify paperwork accuracy, schedule pre-installation inspections, place orders, and process service tickets and labor bills.
