Job summary

Gaumard Scientific in Miami seeks an Installation/Training Administrator to support the Installation/Training team with scheduling, reporting, and customer follow-up. You will create installation/training calls, notify customers of visits, and help enforce SOPs for SAP, scheduling, and reports.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration or related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical/customer support role or related experience is acceptable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to manage deadlines and people effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact calmly with the public and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate urgency and strong time management in follow-through with customers and staff.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Creates Installation/Training calls for customer visits.
• Performs follow-ups with customers after installations/trainings.
• Develops weekly Installation/Training assignments lists.
• Assists manager in enforcing SOPs for SAP, Scheduling and Reports.
• Assists manager in training Installation/Training staff in SAP, Scheduling and Reports.
• Communicates customer feedback and issues to the manager.
• Compiles weekly and monthly reports for Management.
• Compiles future Installation/Training schedules and strategies with the Installation/Training Manager.
• Notifies customers of installation/training visits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
