Job summary

Gaumard Scientific in Miami, FL is seeking a Customer Experience Field Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding onboarding and ongoing support. The role emphasizes on-site visits, proactive follow-ups, and premium engagement to build lasting relationships.

The position requires coordinating with multiple departments, traveling up to 50% of the time, and representing Gaumard at trade shows while delivering timely product information and updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or communications or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and onboard new Gaumard customers.
• Actively follow up with customer base post purchases and support interactions.
• Conduct customer visits to build relationships and gather feedback.
• Perform customer experience visits after escalated case simulator repair as needed.
• Be the point of contact for premium customers.
• Provide onsite training for Premium customers.
• Represent the company at trade shows.
• Provide shipment and delayed order updates to customers.
• Provide introductory information for newly purchased products.
• Direct customers to appropriate channels to resolve queries.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain ownership until resolution.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gaumard products and services.
• Research and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Record customer feedback diligently.
• Carry out clerical duties like answering phones and emails.
