Position Overview: Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros

Provide expert installation and services, delivering excellent customer service with honesty and integrity, ensuring customer peace of mind.

What you'll do:

1. Earn piece rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
2. Become an expert on smart home technology through training on industry-leading products.
3. Manage inventory and assets responsibly.
4. Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
5. Create solutions to protect and simplify customers' lives.
6. Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of products and equipment.
7. Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Control your income by offering additional products and services.
9. Leverage appointments into leads and revenue.

What we're looking for:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sales and/or field service experience is helpful; technical backgrounds like construction or electrical work are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Reside within 20 miles of the job location.
• Pass pre-employment background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
• Work in confined spaces like attics.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
