Role Overview: Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros

Provide expert-level installation and services while delivering exceptional customer service. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity, offering peace of mind.

What You’ll Do:

1. Earn piece rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
2. Become an expert on smart home technology through training on industry-leading products.
3. Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mindset.
4. Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
5. Create solutions that protect and simplify customers’ lives.
6. Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment.
7. Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Control your income by providing opportunities for additional product and service sales.
9. Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Sales and/or field service experience is helpful. (Experience as a construction worker, electrician, or other technical background is beneficial but not required)
2. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.
3. Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
4. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Reside within a 20-mile radius of the city.
2. Pass a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws.

Physical Demands:

1. Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
2. Climb ladders up to 14’.
3. Work in attics and limited-space areas.
4. Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
