Role Overview

As a Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pro, you will provide expert installation and service of smart home technology, ensuring excellent customer service. Customers will rely on your honesty and integrity to enhance their peace of mind.

Responsibilities

1. Earn piece rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
2. Become an expert on industry-leading smart home products through training.
3. Manage inventory and assets responsibly.
4. Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
5. Create solutions that protect and simplify customers' lives.
6. Conduct routine maintenance and inventory checks.
7. Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Identify opportunities for additional sales and services.
9. Leverage service appointments into leads and revenue.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or field service experience is helpful; technical backgrounds like construction or electrical work are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well independently and in team environments.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Minimum Requirements

• Reside within 20 miles of the designated city.
• Pass criminal background, motor vehicle record, and drug tests.

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
• Work in confined spaces like attics.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
