Position: Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros

This role involves expert-level installation and servicing, delivering top-tier customer service. You will act with honesty and integrity, offering peace of mind to our customers.

This position is seasonal, starting summer 2025, requiring 100% travel and potential temporary relocation throughout the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Earn piece rate pay with an unlimited commission plan.
2. Become an expert on smart home technology through product training.
3. Manage inventory and assets responsibly.
4. Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology.
5. Create solutions to protect and simplify customers' lives.
6. Conduct routine maintenance and inventory checks.
7. Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Generate additional sales opportunities and revenue.
9. Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and sales.

Candidate Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sales and/or field service experience preferred. Technical backgrounds like construction or electrical work are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
• Work in attics and confined spaces.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, including site safety analysis.
