What you will be doing

• Working within the service department to diagnose and repair leaks and failures on commercial roofing systems to the manufacturer and warranty specification
• Respond to emergency call outs
• Using CRM system to document photos and repairs of customers’ roofs
• Complete initial site set up and clean down after completion of work
• Train and mentor Service Technician II

What we need from you

• 3 years of commercial roofing experience
• Knowledgeable of safety protocols and procedures
• Able to identify, locate, document and repair issues with multiple roofing systems and manufacturers
• Able to climb ladders, lift 50 pounds, comfortable with heights and clean driving license
