Job Title: Residential Maintenance Pool Technician

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning and servicing pools, inspecting equipment, and ensuring water quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool cleaning: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and emptying baskets
• Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
• Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and timers
• Add chemicals and perform minor equipment repairs or replacements
• Maintain accurate service records and report issues to management
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond to service inquiries
• Drive personal vehicle to client locations (valid driver’s license required)

• Prior experience in pool maintenance required
• Ability to work independently and follow service schedules
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with pool equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
