• Any given day. Monday-Sunday, 8am-5pm (40 Hours)

Job Details

Under general supervision, provides moderately complex preventive maintenance, testing, and repair service of computer hardware, primarily on stand-alone or networked PCs. Coordinates the installation, maintenance, and support required to maintain a variety of computer equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

– 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, field support, or technical troubleshooting roles.
– Hands-on experience with structured cabling and network hardware installation.
– Experience troubleshooting IP/analog camera systems and electronic components.
– Familiarity with diagnostic tools: cable testers, multimeters, tone generators.
– Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and network layouts.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
– Able Conduct low-voltage diagnostics and power testing using appropriate tools.
– Maintain documentation of systems, fixes, and configurations.
– Collaborate with vendors and escalate advanced issues when necessary.
