Responsibilities

• Measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
• Provide installation solutions matching customer expectations and adapt specs to installation requirements.
• Confirm sales contract details align with product features and installation steps.
• Provide feedback to sales when a job is on hold and resolve questions quickly.
• Determine installation labor and materials needed to complete the job.
• Complete and submit accurate job files for handoff to internal teams.
• Communicate with installation crew about job specifics and alert them to unique factors.
• Approve additional installation labor when needed.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues with the crew and provide on-site support.
• Work with homeowners to resolve installation process issues.
• Support sales with pre-sale site visits to define project scope for pricing.
• Assist installation leadership in recruiting sub-contractors.
