Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Remote Install Project Manager to join our Southwest Florida team. This role requires a Tuesday through Saturday work schedule, overseeing window and door replacement projects from measurement to installation to ensure homeowner delight and budget adherence.

You will measure dimensions, propose installation solutions, confirm contract details, and coordinate with sales reps to reflect scope in pricing.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and at least 5 years in home improvement or related field.
• Strong customer service, problem solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure installation dimensions and determine processes for windows and doors.
• Provide installation solutions aligned with customer expectations and contract details.
• Coordinate with sales reps for pre-sale site visits and scope alignment with pricing and contracts.
• Communicate with the installation crew about job specifics and any special factors.
• Approve additional installation labor as needed and provide day‑of support to resolve issues.
