Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Remote Install Project Manager to oversee window and door replacement projects in the Southwest Florida region. The role runs Tuesday through Saturday and focuses on measuring, planning, and coordinating installations to ensure homeowner satisfaction while meeting budget expectations.

The candidate will manage installation crews, coordinate with sales, assist in pre-sale site visits, and recruit qualified contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in home improvement or closely related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; problem solving and conflict resolution required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
• Experience recruiting independent contractors.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.
• Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations and adapt to installation requirements.
• Confirm details within the sales contract to align with product features and installation process.
• Provide feedback to sales reps when a job goes on hold and resolve questions quickly.
• Determine installation labor duration and materials needed to complete the job.
• Complete and submit required job files with quality handoff to internal customers.
