Torrey Holistics is seeking an Installation Coordinator in Sterling Heights, MI for a day shift. This contract position starts around 6:00am with an estimated pay of about $27.00 per hour.

The role involves coordinating installations from start to finish, attending project kick-offs, and organizing essential documents and contacts for site teams. Strong organizational and supervisory abilities are required to manage installation plans and travel paperwork.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from two-year college or university.
• Experience supervising up to 5–10 employees.
• Background check required and successful results are a condition of joining the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation of assigned project from start to finish per plan.
• Attend kickoff meetings and file documents in the installation directory.
• Provide project information to site leaders and project managers; update contact lists.
• Develop installation plan and manpower requirements with PM/site leader.
• Process and file installation work packages and travel paperwork per procedures.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Applications, and Quality teams for field placements.
• Set up travel, lineups, and documentation for site personnel.
• Maintain durations charts, travel schedules, and site communications.
• Oversee on-site equipment needs and office trailers; ensure proper paperwork.
