Job summary

Champion Window is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and coach the division’s installation team, ensuring on-time delivery, quality workmanship, and profitable operations. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with sales and centralized teams, and drive customer satisfaction through timely updates and issue resolution.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, including early starts and occasional Saturdays, with a focus on reducing delays, controlling costs, and maintaining industry

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–5 years of construction/remodeling experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise, train others, and create schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer software skills with MS Office 365.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key business reports and KPIs, including AR, COGs, WIP, and service metrics.
• Lead customer satisfaction efforts, provide updates, and address complaints promptly.
• Manage costs: invoicing, labor/material costs, and job costing for profitability.
• Coach teams, foster collaboration, and recognize high performers.
• Forecast division capacity, staffing, scheduling, and vendor/warehouse coordination.
• Ensure 100% completion, 100% payment, and proper post-install communication.
