Job summary

Champion Window is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead technical construction and product installation of windows, doors, siding and sunrooms where required. You will manage, train, and hold your team accountable to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals while ensuring code compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The role may require early starts, and some Saturdays. You will oversee in-house and subcontractor crews, measure projects, coordinate orders, scheduling, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of skilled labor or industry experience preferred.
• OSHA, Installation Masters training and/or related certification a plus.
• Clean driving and solid attendance records.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Project management; oversee in-house and subcontractor crews to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure each project is measured, ordered, staged, scheduled, and completed.
• Maintain 100% balance due collection and monitor revenue forecasts.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with policies and governmental requirements.
• Communicate with customers during installs and address concerns promptly.
