Job summary
Carter Lumber in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks an Installed Manager to oversee installation services, repairs and remodeling work performed by installers and subcontractors. You will manage schedules, ensure quality workmanship and compliance with building codes while delivering excellent customer service.
The role requires experience in installed sales or building materials, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in installed sales or building materials/installation.
- Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
- Coordinate paperwork and ensure installers follow code of conduct.
- Work with Installed Service Manager to build a strong installed sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate installed services.
- Identify installed sales opportunities and present to customers.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and per contract.
- Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
- Direct and train Installers to meet regulatory guidelines.
