Champion Window in Savannah, GA is seeking an Installation Manager to lead, monitor, coach, and drive our installation division. You will work with Supervisors, technicians, and installers to meet customer experience, revenue, and quality goals.

You will manage costs, staffing, schedules, and vendor relationships, ensuring on-time installations and 100% customer satisfaction while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in construction/remodeling.
• Ability to supervise and train others.
• Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• MS Office 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key business reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Oversee costs, inventory, invoicing, and job costing.
