Job summary

Leaf Home in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Installation department at a local field office, coordinating customer scheduling and managing a network of third-party installers.

You will train installation staff, improve subcontractor retention, and work with Service and Sales Operations to address customer issues promptly. A strong background in home construction/remodeling and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and onboard subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based methods.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers based on availability and proximity.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate installations and improve speed to completion.
• Schedule jobs with customers based on installer availability and preferences.
• Review daily reports to identify wins and improvement areas.
• Ensure smooth workflow from scheduling to install completion.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales Operations to resolve customer issues on first service call.
• Train and develop installation staff and contractors; improve subcontractor retention.
• Recruit subcontractors to expand capacity as needed.
