Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking an Installation Supervisor to schedule and oversee field installations, ensuring quality and timely completions while delivering prompt customer service. You will coordinate with Field Managers and report on field operations to meet installation expectations across all activity.

Responsibilities include workforce management, compliance oversight, and guidance on projects and technical challenges.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1-3 years of experience in installation, field services, or construction trades with some coordination/direction experience.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to follow established scheduling/assignment guidelines for a defined group of contractors or territory.

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage all installations in the field to meet quality and timely completion goals.
Monitor contractor workforce against company standards and provide feedback on performance.
Provide instruction and direction to install crews and subcontractors to meet expectations.
Ensure work orders reflect services and materials used per standards.
Assign labor considering geography, capabilities, and workloads for on-time installs.
Maintain daily status updates with contractors and assist in issue resolution.
Enforce safety practices on all assigned jobs.
