• Associate degree or relevant trade/technical certification preferred
• Experience using scheduling/dispatch/work order systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage all field installations to meet quality and timely completion
• Coordinate labor assignments based on geography and capacity
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines
• Provide guidance to install crews and subcontractors to meet expectations
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation
• Communicate status and issues with field teams daily
