Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Manager – Install to coordinate, organize, and communicate all details of installation operations for commercial laundry equipment. You will supervise installers, provide hands‑on leadership, and ensure safe, efficient field execution.

The role requires 5+ years in installation or related environment and 2+ years of indirect leadership, with strong mechanical and electrical understanding. Travel is heavy, and a company vehicle will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in equipment installation or similar field.
• 2+ years in indirect leadership, e.g., lead installer.
• Knowledge of single‑phase electric power equipment.
• Experience with dispatch systems is a plus.
• Proficient MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day‑to‑day installation operations for timely completion.
• Coordinates installation schedules, labor, and priorities based on commitments and readiness.
• Escalates installation issues and provides technical guidance to installers.
• Performs hands‑on installation work as a working lead.
• Mentors installers to improve skills and quality.
• Reviews work orders, labor entries, parts usage, and records for accuracy.
