CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Installers team across the Florida Market, with focus on on-time delivery and installation of laundry equipment.

Based in Tampa, you will coordinate with sales, venting, and warehouse teams, oversee budgets, safety, and staff development while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role requires 7–10 years of related experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage field operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 7–10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• Route and Warehouse Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time deliveries through proper scheduling for the branch
• Coordinate deliveries with sales, card services and venting department
• Schedule and coordinate warehouse shipping and receiving
• Maintain company software for receipts and transfers
• Maintain inventory of machines and accessories for deliveries and setup
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles
• Manage and oversee delivery personnel for proper installation procedures
• Respond to customer complaints and monitor budgets
• Coordinate with sales to ensure efficient execution of new installation orders
• Work in the field assisting and training installation staff as needed
• Ensure staff safety per regulations and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
