Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Austell, GA is seeking an Installation Manager to lead installation operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate multiple projects monthly. Qualifications

• Must have prior experience directly managing/supervising Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction Industry.
• High School Diploma is required; AA/BA preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings.
• Experience supervising Administrative personnel related to scheduling, ordering, and coordinating installation activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all Installation Technicians activities.
• Coordinate and manage multiple installation projects monthly and order/release equipment via factory and customer service.
• Schedule projects with end-user customers to meet deadlines.
• Meet established goals and growth objectives under Operations Leader or District Manager.
• Lead administrative staff in scheduling, ordering, and install coordination.
• Maintain relationships with End-users in Health Care and Retail, plus General Contractors and Suppliers.
• Communicate backlog and job release with Factory; monitor Work In Progress.
• Collaborate with Sales to determine labor hours and project margins.
• Forecast and review project projections and reports regularly.
