Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking an Installation Manager to lead installation operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate multiple projects monthly. You will oversee scheduling, equipment ordering, and work closely with end-user customers under the Operations Leader or District Manager.

Ideal candidates have proven experience supervising field staff in the door automation/construction sector, plus strong communication and planning skills. Flexible schedules may be required.

Qualifications

• Team approach with effective communication skills to work with other departments.
• Direct experience supervising Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction Industry.
• Experience planning and completing contracted jobs in the Construction Industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Installation Technicians activities.
• Coordinate multiple installation projects monthly and manage equipment ordering and release.
• Schedule projects with end-user customers and align with company goals.
• Supervise administrative personnel handling scheduling, ordering, and install coordination.
• Maintain relationships with End-users, General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects and Suppliers.
