Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, a global leader in automated door solutions, seeks an Installation Manager in Austell, GA to lead installation operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate multiple projects monthly.

You will work with end-user customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet schedules, maintain relationships with healthcare and retail clients and general contractors, and ensure labor margins align with targets.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience directly managing/supervising Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction Industry.
• Ability to read construction specifications and drawings.
• Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends if necessary.
• Experience supervising Administrative personnel in scheduling, ordering, and coordinating installation activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Installation Technicians activities.
• Manage multiple installation projects monthly and coordinate equipment release.
• Coordinate project schedules with end-user customers.
• Meet established labor and margin targets under guidance of Operations Leader or District Manager.
• Supervise Administrative personnel (scheduling, ordering, install coordination).
• Develop and maintain relationships with End-users, General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects and Suppliers.
• Communicate with Factory regarding backlog and job release (Work In Progress).
• Collaborate with Sales Department to determine labor hours and margins.
• Review projections and forecast reports.
