Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking an Installation Manager to lead installation operations, oversee technicians, and coordinate multiple projects monthly in Nashville. You will ensure timely equipment ordering, align activities with company goals, and work under the Operations Leader or District Manager.

You will manage client relationships, collaborate with sales, and monitor labor hours with a focus on margins, forecasting, and project performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AA/BA/BS preferred.
• Strong communication skills and team approach.
• Experience supervising Field Technicians in Door Automation/Construction.
• Experience supervising administrative staff (scheduling, ordering, install coordination).
• Flexibility for varying schedules and weekend work if necessary.
• Experience reading construction specs/drawings and meeting forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Installation Technicians and oversee multiple projects monthly.
• Coordinate project scheduling with end-user customers.
• Order and release equipment via factory and customer service.
• Meet goals and growth objectives under Operations leadership.
• Supervise administrative staff involved in scheduling and coordination.
• Develop relationships with End-Users, General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects and Suppliers.
• Maintain backlog visibility and communicate with Sales on margins and labor hours.
• Forecast work in progress and monitor labor/margin targets.
