Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of Installers. You will act as Leader, Motivator, and Coach with support from the General Manager and others across operations.

You will oversee installation teams, drive process improvements for pre-installation measurement, and regularly visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry.
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing your Installation teams to effectively and profitably install our products.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement process.
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
