Job summary

West Shore Home in Andover, MA is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of Installers. You will drive five-star shower installations and bath remodel experiences, coach and train staff, and partner with senior leadership to optimize operations.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI accountability, and a track record of driving revenue growth in home remodeling or construction sectors. Exempt schedule and nationwide growth mindset are part of the culture.

Qualifications

Experience in installation, construction, and home remodeling industries.
Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
Strong leadership with focus on team success and employee engagement.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Oversee your Installation team to install products profitably.
Develop, implement, and improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement.
Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
Provide training and coaching to employees to improve performance.
Collaborate with other managers to support and improve the customer journey.
