Job summary

West Shore Home in Hartford, CT is seeking an Installation Manager to lead a team of Installers and drive five-star shower, bath window and door remodel experiences. You will work with a GM and trainers to coach staff, improve processes, and meet revenue KPIs as part of a national home remodeling company.

In this role you will visit sites, train teams, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with other managers to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry.
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee your Installation team to effectively and profitably install products.
• Develop, implement, and improve processes for warehouse operations and pre-installation measurement.
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
• Provide employees with effective training on role requirements, relationships, and culture; coach to improve performance.
• Continuously improve systems and processes used to deliver outputs and support the customer journey.
