Improveit! Home Remodeling is seeking an Installation Manager in Columbus, OH. The role drives customer satisfaction by engaging installers, obtaining installation measurements, performing warranty services, and leading process improvements.

You will coordinate multiple departments to ensure on-time installations and 100% customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include recruiting installers, enforcing policies, forecasting resources, and resolving escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of operations experience with a customer service focus.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and select personnel for installer positions.
• Hold Installers accountable to policies through inspections, scheduling, and capacity management.
• Forecast resource needs and manage installation flow daily.
• Develop and measure process initiatives for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure availability of products.
• Leverage data to monitor resource needs and adjust strategies.
